I think my problem must have something to do with why my preview looks like that. (Also 145 mods - 135 plugins) -Ryzen 3600 4.3 ghz + 16gb 3733 ram + GTX 1080 ti and I couldn't get fallout to stop crashing before the enboost it seems this has worked for me, just posting so others try this too.

I have tried every archive invalidation tool I can. I am using NVSE, 4GB Loader, LOOT, FNVEdit, Wrye, and NMM (just to get HUD mods working).I tried installing NMC texture pack and a Type 3 body replacer (Beware of Girl) and it is not working. RAR files will automatically unpacked if they are present in the same. I am working on Win7 with a decent mid-range gaming rig.
